1. The shipping fee subsidized by Karta Supermall is for first 5kg and is capped at RM5 for deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia.  
2. There will be no minimum spend amount customers qualify for free shipping for each order and this promotion subject to change.

4. This free shipping promotion is not redeemable for cash.
5. Standard transit time for shipping is 3-5 working days and all orders in Karta Supermall will be shipped within 7 working days from payment confirmation.
6. All items are subject to availability. If any of your ordered items are out of stock, Karta Supermall will notify you and refund you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable item.
7. All delivery times quoted on www.kartasupermall.com and your order confirmation email are estimates based on normal processing and delivery times.
8. Karta Supermall will not be liable for any problem during shipping; experienced due to the courier service providers. Nevertheless, Karta Supermall will help you to liaise with the personnel if there are any problem arises.
