Q. How do I start purchasing an order?
Thank you for your interest. Kindly follow these steps to place an order:

  1. Choose the product and enter the amount of quantity you wish to purchase
  2. Add to Cart and continue browsing other products
  3. View your Cart & proceed to Checkout
  4. Enter coupon code (if any) and fill up your shipping details
  5. Choose your preferred shipping method.
  6. Choose your preferred payment method (Online Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card)
  7. An email will be sent to your registered email once the order has successfully been made.



Q. How do I track the status of my order?
Kindly please login to your account, go to "My Account" and click into your Order ID to view the shipping tracking number. 


Q. How do I remove an item in my shopping cart?
Click on the Shopping Cart icon on the right hand top corner > then click on the "rubbish bin" icon to remove the item.


Q. How can I change the quantity amount in my shopping cart?
Click on the Shopping Cart icon and modify the number quantity on the item you wish to change.


Q. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once payment has been made and completed.


Q. I receive an incomplete order. Who should I contact?
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, we are happy to exchange the items for you. Please notify us immediately via our Customer Service Chat (WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger) or email us at "enquiry@kartasupermall.com" and we will contact you during working hours. To assure prompt return resolution, please pack the items in its original package, with full accessories and buying invoice.
