Q. Do I need to register an account to buy the products?
Yes, you would need to register an account with us to make purchases at Karta SuperMall


Q. Can I change my password?
To change your password, go to "My Account" > "Change Password", input your new password and click save to change your password.


Q. I forgot my password! How can I retrieve it?
Click on "Forgot Password". Enter your email address that you have signed up with. An email with temporary password will send to your email. Then, go to your account, "change password" to set your new password.


Q. Can I have more than one shipping address?
Yes, you may. Please go to "My Account" > "My addresses" and click on "+ Add New Address"


Q. Where to check my credit store balance / rewards / coupons?
Go to "My Account" to find them all.


Q. I have entered the wrong shipping details. What should I do?
