Description
Sambal or Sambal Tumis is a popular Malaysian dish that is typically served as a condiment or side dish. It is made by sauteing a mixture of chili peppers, onions, garlic and other spices in oil until fragrant. There are many variations of sambal tumis, and it can be made with different ingredients such as shrimp, squid, or fish.
Sudee Sambal Paste is a Dry Paste that is packed in 50g printed box and is suitable for 5 – 6 persons' servings.

Ingredients: Chili Powder, Vegetable Oil (Palm Olein), Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Sugar, Ginger Powder, Wheat Flour, Tomato Flavour (Citric Acid) Acidity Regulator As Permitted Food Conditioner, Black Pepper Powder and Sodium Inosinate and Guanylate As Permitted Flavour Enhancer (Plant Origin).
Storage:
Can be stored at room temperature for 18 months.
Recipe Preparation:
1. Panaskan 30ml minyak masak.
2. Masukkan Perencah Sambal Tumis SUDEE dan 150ml air.
3. Kacau sebati.
4. Masukkan udang, hirisan bawang dan teruskan kacau sehingga masak.
5. Sedia untuk dihidang.
