Ingredients: Onion, Chili Powder, Vegetable Oil (Palm Olein), Ginger Flower, Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Salt, Kesum Leaves, Shrimp Paste, Sodium Inosinate, and Sodium Guanylate As Permitted Flavour Enhancer (Plant Origin), Citric Acid, Garlic, Ginger, Bird’s Eye Chili, Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime Leaves, and Turmeric Powder.
Storage: Can be stored at room temperature for 18 months.
Recipe Preparation:
1. Â Masukkan pes Asam Pedas SUDEE dan 30ml minyak masak ke dalam 500ml air yang mengelegak.
2. Â Kacau sehingga sebati.
3. Â Masukkan 500g ikan, bendi dan daun kesum.
4. Â Biarkan mendidih dengan api yang perlahan sehingga masak.
5. Â Sedia untuk dihidang.
