Crunchy bar with plums is a grain product based on oat flakes with maize grits, in a delicious creamy coating. It is a rich source of complex cereal carbohydrates. White sugar in the Crunchy bar has been replaced with aromatic cane sugar. The Crunchy Bar is a tasty snack for every day, to be eaten at work, at school or during travel.

Ingredients:
derived from cereals 33% (oat flakes, corn grits, corn flour, rice flour), glucose syrup, vegetable fats (non-hydrogenated palm fat*, palm kernel oil, shea) in varying proportions,  sugar, dried plums 10% (plums, rice flour), whey powder (from milk), humectant: sorbitols; unrefined cane sugar, flavouring, acidity regulator: citric acid; emulsifier: lecithins (soy), salt, sea salt, barley malt extract, natural vanilla flavouring.
