Description:
The name “All-Purpose” comes from the reason that it can be used for any type of baked goods, thickening agent, and coating meat. All-purpose flour is made from a combination of hard and soft wheat millet to produce a perfect consistency. This will result in soft and airy baked goods while maintaining a good structure.
