Serving Suggestions:
Can be mixed with a glass of water or fruit juice. Sprinkle onto soups, salads and dishes. It is preferable to take before a main meal but it can be added to any meal after cooking has been completed. 
1) Adults: 1-3 rounded teaspoons per day 
2) Children: (5 to 12 years): 1/2 teaspoon per day
