Description
Salted Egg is a popular dish in many Asian cuisines. It is typically made by coating chicken with a batter made of flour, egg and salt, then deep-frying it until crispy.
The chicken is then tossed in a sauce made from salted egg yolks, butter, garlic and other seasonings.

Ingredients: Salted Egg Powder, Creamer (Non-Dairy), Chili Paste, Sugar, Salt, Vegetable Oil (Palm Olein) and Maltodextrin.

Preparation
1. Coat 1kg of chicken/prawn/squid with flour.
2. Deep fried the coated chicken/prawn/squid and put aside.
3. Add 30g butter/ margerine into the pan.
4. Mix in SUDEE Salted egg sauce with 100ml water and 50ml evaporated milk.
5. Add the mix into the pan.
6. Add in fried chicken earlier and mix well.
7. Ready to serve
