Our quest to source only the freshest and best quality ingredients saw Leggo’s awarded first, second and third prizes and Champion gold medals for his Tomato sauces at the Bendigo Show in 1925 and 1926. This pursuit for excellence underpins our approach today and is the reason why Leggo’s has set the standard by which tomato produce is still judged.

Product Description:
Leggo's Mushroom Bolognese pasta sauce is a rich, delicious tomato sauce with garlic, herbs and mushroom. A true favourite!

Cooking Direction:
a. For stovetop
1. Pour sauce into a small pan and heat on medium-high heat to desired temperature.
2. Stir through or pour over pasta.
b. For microwave
1.Pour sauce into a microwave-safe container.
2.Cover and microwave (850W) on medium for 4 minutes, stiring half way through. (CAUTION: Contents will be hot)
3. Stir through or pour over pasta.
Storage: Store in cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 3 days.

Tomatoes (reconstituted, diced), tomato paste, mushroom, vegetables (onion, carrot), sugar, thickener (1442), canola oil, salt, garlic, yeast extract, herbs (parsley, oregano, rosemary, thyme), pepper, natural mushroom flavour.
