A natural cholesterol-free food with no preservatives added. KARA Coconut Cooking Oil is processed through a modern and hygienic process. The oil itself is in clear light yellow color without containing any artificial flavoring, perservatives nor coloring.

Coconut oil is more stable at high temperatures vs other types of oils due to its higher smoking point (232°C), making it a good choice for grilling, sauté, and deep frying as the fatty acids make the oil remains stable & not easily break down under heat. Unlike other types of oils, KARA Coconut Oil can be used many more times, making it more efficient and safer for extended frying as the oil is less likely to oxidize or generate acrid smell and harmful compounds during cooking with high heat. The color of the oil will not turn darker so easily after deep frying. Studies show that using coconut cooking oil to continuous deep frying at 180°C for 8 hours, the oil quality remains acceptable.
