Q. How do I know if my payment is successfully made?
You will receive a receipt in your email which you had use to register an account in Karta Supermall. If you do not see it in your inbox, kindly please check your junk email.
Q. Where else can I find my receipt/invoice?
You may also login to "My Account" to at www.kartasupermall.com. Go to recent orders > click on view details > scroll down to find "Print Invoice" > Click on "Print Invoice" and your invoice will appear. You may save this as a pdf document for your own record.
Q. Do we accept eWallets?
We do not accept any eWallets at the moment. However, we are working continously to improve our customer experience. Stay tuned!

Q. Why was I charged with wrong amount in my order?
If your order was indeed charged with the wrong amount, please drop us at "email@example.com" and provide your order confirmation or any Proof of Purchase to show the difference in amount.
Q. Why did I receive an email requesting me to send a copy of my ID card or credit card?
