About San Remo Fettuccine 500g
A Brief History:
San Remo has epitomised the culture and tradition of pasta making since its inception in 1936, when it was founded by Luigi Crotti. San Remo Durum wheat mill is one of the largest and most sophisticated in the Australian/South-East Asian region, and was specially designed for the processing of Durum wheat. Today, San Remo has a wide range of pasta products ,sauces and also offers a range of La Pasta.
Translating as ‘little ribbons’, Fettuccine is traditional to Central and Southern Italy, eminently in Lazio. Normally served coated in a delicious meat ragu, traditional regional recipes include: Umbria -Fettuccine is served on Christmas Eve tossed with honey and walnuts; Abruzzo – served with pickled vegetables. Thin ribbon style pasta which is excellent with cream-based sauces or with pesto.

Cooking Direction:
1. Add pasta and 1tbsp salt to 5L of boiling water.
2. Cook for 10 minutes or to desired texture.
